The origin of western democracy took place in Greece, was introduced in Europe. Few innovations have been made. Greece is more than a century exercising democracy, however did not bring political stability. Today Greece is a living example of democracy today, is the worst political and economic situation, do not know why politicians decide in advance to avoid the worst.
To win the West need different model of democracy where the people have broad power to oversee and make decisions in a political project. Who decides the path is the people.

This method is very laborious?
Improving democracy needs the participation of all and a permanent job. Current democracy means dictatorship is still giving leeway.New method to install no more dictatorship, or dictatorship in disguise.
Military are untouchable. Structure, career and prestige.
Defining an individual dispute is that totally eliminates negotiation and political impasse. When programming the political process marked with date and time, there is no political intervention.
But nobody knows this game?

Only with the method presented here, we can actually put the sovereignty to the people. Is the right person in the right place. Who decided it is people just want happens.

Reform Political
Democracy is the people in power, but it is currently exercised by politicians. Power due to political and public money.
Population complains of political reform, but politicians do not want to change the essence: Can leave some small insignificant change.
Political reform needs the participation of the people. You need to put the true representatives of citizens in the legislative to accomplish this and choose candidates without political process.
1 - Found a party. – PUP (The People's Union Party);
2 - Choose a candidate for individual dispute with intelligence and reasoning, without third person interference (as an indication or vote), with citizen participation.
Party Internal Rule
Art. 1 - Candidate representatives have at least 40 years:
First Paragraph - To judgment of the actions of politicians and the projects you must have life living experience.
Art. 2 - Representatives are proportional to the population:
Paragraph One - If you win six seats, these will be distributed in three men and three women, as conquered positions.
Art. 3 - There will be no re-election subsequent:
First Paragraph – After one period that the representant stay in off, this representant will be able participate again of election.
Art. 4 - Party does not make direction or guideline to the representative:
First Paragraph - In first phase each representant negotiates projects and budget with all freedom. After, the representatives should say yes or no in according to his conscience and desires of the society.
Art. 5 - PUP representatives not exceed half of the legislative seats.
Art. 6 - The representatives may not hold the positions of executives, leadership positions and free appointment or commission.
First Paragraph - The role of representatives shall review and approval / disapproval of projects.
All political parties crave power, PUP not, the objective function is closely monitoring the actions of political parties. Approve or reject projects that are presented and reduce the political costs of the chamber.
